Who we Are
Gibou Gamebird & Hatchery is a local hatchery in northern Vermont. We specialize in raising local Gamebirds and sustainable, dual purpose, heritage breed chickens, turkeys, and ducks. Our focus is on selecting for utility and multi-purpose uses in all of our birds. We raise and offer a diverse range of gamebirds, including pheasants, chukar partridge, bobwhite quail, Mexican speckled bobwhite quail, Snowflake bobwhite quail, and Jumbo Coturnix quail. Our mission is to deliver high-quality gamebirds to our customers, whether they are seasoned hunters, home cooks, or avid breeders. With years of experience in the industry, we take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and producing healthy, robust gamebirds in Vermont.
